This weekend was one for the record books: I graduated from college with honors. I was bold and it paid off. Dating an older man is really, really amazing. I seem to have a habit of looking too deeply.

There are times when everything seems to happen all at once. I blink my eyes and the world is suddenly very different than it was only a moment ago. It's getting pretty hard to pass up going to England, Norway, Prague, and Malaysia/South Africa for 16 months now that I crunched the numbers. I would be paying half of the cost of a Masters degree over there than I would here even with travel costs, visas, etc ( Read more... )

I just ran my first half marathon like a BOSS. I cannot believe everything this year is providing. And to see him at the finish line with that smile? Well, that was just gravy. Time to wrap up my first year at Concordia and celebrate my vacation!

Sometimes it's hard to believe how glaringly bright the world is now. I feel like there's a time that I'll wake up and it will feel commonplace or even expected. Instead, it grows every single time.
