Hey everybody! Just a quick question I'd like to run by you all.

It seems animation writing styles can be broken down into two main categories:

CONTINUITY

first - hello :)

I enjoy the random adventures...for some reason what jumps to mind is the angry beavers. Its was the same cast of caracters, but they were always doing such random crap in every episode.

Haven't seen that show in forever, I don't know what made me think of it...

I have always liked continuuity, and when I watched more cartoons, would get really frustrated and confused when there wasn't any.

But random adventures are easier to come up with, so if you think you might have a problem sticking to a pre-cooked script, random adventures are the way to go!

Random adventures are more fun I think, just because once you are in a storyline, its hard to change things up if you have a fun, wacky, completly off the wall idea. But including small continous parts can make it fun and interesting, especially if it is something small that is just randomly continuous...
