hey, i am currently fasting at the moment and going to the gym at the same time. I have done so for the past 3 days (currently on my 4th day) yesterday i almost passed out but i realise i really need to lose weight. Do you mind if i ask you how many calories you are burning at the gym? Don't worry i know exactly how you are feeling - pretty down. I just wanna sleep today!
you are a complete moron for fasting. Did you know that there are better ways of losing weight like eating right and exercising? Fasting is only a temporary way of weight loss- you're going to gain those pounds fast and hard when you decide to start eating once again. be a smart girl here and make better decisions. it sounds like you're just trying to have an excuse to have a 'problem'.
