Basically theyre looking for people who are upbeat and outgoing

here are my tips

-mention that you are a team player and work well with others
-mention any leadership positions you've had or will have and how these positions have shown you the importance of responsibility/doing things on time blablabla
-say that you absolutely hate messes (their store is really messy right now)
-dress to impress. not like a button down white dress shirt and slacks but dress bright and fun...how you normally dress
-if you can find donna..shes my favorite manager and talk to her when you give back the application

-bottom line: just be really personable, smile a lot, laugh a lot, and just make sure you put the managers at ease because when they like you they like you
