An entry after a very, very long time
I realised I haven't posted in a very long time. I have no excuses, I just haven't been in the mood, one week went by, then another, then a month, 2 months, 7 months..... I just don't know where the time went. :)

But anyway, just thinking of giving you words of encouragement :)
I may not be able to know/feel what you feel right now but just be strong for your mom and your family :) I have also a grandmother though it is not Alzheimer, but she tends to forget a lot things( we still dont know what's her sickness coz she's too stubborn to go to the doctor) and kept on repeating her questions and stuff. But we just always show to her that we would always listen whatever she likes to tell or share.
Hope your mom gets better in some ways :) I'll pray for her and your family :)

Thank you so much for your kind words, I really appreciate them. Hopefully your grandmother have some other type of dementia (not that I want your grandmother to have any kind of it!). My mum can't cook any more and dad, who in all the years I lived with them basically could fry eggs and bacon and cook hotdogs, has taken over the kitchen. He doesn't know alot of dishes but he's getting better! :) I just wish he'd use some vegetables now and then... LOL
Yeah, listening and talking is very important, and also keeping their minds active. :)

Yep, talking is very important. Also, my lola tends to repeat her words even she just said it. There was once a time when she kept on saying that she's 50 yrs old though she's 78 :))

And I bet she's stubborn about it too! XD
No I don't and for that I'm very grateful. If I did, I'd probably go crazy. Been living away from home for 13 years and living together again is not an option for either my parents or me. :) We'd kill each other within a month. LOL
