I hate being so busy. I really haven't had anytime to rest, and with the lack of sleep I've been getting I've had a cold that I just can't shake. Let see, I've been getting my rooms ready for the move, which has been difficult. Its the whole moving on aspect that I am very bumped out about. Hey, about grad school, if you want, we can sit down over a coffee and chat about it. Here are so many ways to do it. I am kind of an expert at it by default! :) why comm by the way?

As for finding stuff about people in the navy or anybody for the matter, I have good ideas. We should talk. I could help you with that. I can help you keep those papers "healthy" also. My training as a historian might come handy for once!

I don't know if you have school on Fridays but I will be at the archives at UMass Boston on Friday (the 23rd). At least I think they are there (220 Morrissey Blvd). Would that work for you?

I wouldn't consider yourself a "late bloomer" when it comes to your education. I started my master's at 25 and was on the younger end of the age spectrum. There really weren't too many people fresh out of their bachelor's in the program either.

You mentioned you looked at Suffolk, which I did, too. (I did my master's in public relations; relative to communications.) I also looked at Emerson and Boston University (where I ended up going). They're all great schools, but (I believe) the key is finding the program that really resonates with you. Where are you taking classes now, by the way?

I'd also be happy to chat with you about the whole master's thing, if you'd like. I'm a huge proponent of higher education and always happy to help others along with it =)
