A question for all..

QUESTION:

How many presents do your kids get from "Santa" and how many do they get from YOU? Should they get one or two from Santa and a bunch from you, or one from you and a bunch from Santa?
Someone.. Please help me resolve this issue.. Tell me your thoughts.. Yep, everyone.. Come on now. ;) (Everyone EXCEPT Chris.. I don't care for his opinion

I honestly wish I hadn't gotten Santa started at all and if I ever have another and Connor already knows by then I don't think I'll do it.

But, that being said, I usually make the really big ones from Santa and the less significant ones from me. Which rips me right off the "cool" list ;)

That's what I'm sayin'... It makes us horrible. We don't get the kids anything good.. Pffft.

Exactly. That's what I said. Phil didn't agree with me. I don't want them to think we didn't get them much and that Mr Jolly Ho Ho got it all. :)

We don't make anything apecifically from Santa. But we're also broke -- soooo
the kids get a few gifts to unwrap from us, and a few unwrapped, and if they want to believe it's Santa that's okay. We totally downplay the whole thing.

My mom used to make it that the stuff that was easy to wrap was from them and the stuff you couldn't really wrap was from Santa. But she'd put a TAG on it "from Santa", and I eventaully noticed that the tag was written in the same writing as those from "Mom & Dad"
So... you know..

Everything is from us except one or maybe two things. And the stocking is from santa. But I honestly don't think the kids notice who the presents are from.

hmmm interesting...our baby is just 7 months old BUT all of her presents (& she has a lot lol!!!) are from us...& we will probably keep it that way
