I just discovered a sandwich shop with a built in Dunkin Donuts and Baskin Robbins. Needless to say, I am feeling quite bloated in the tummy area and short of breath. Ooh... where is this place?

mmm... stuffing... and yoga. I used to be a serious practitioner of it for almost a year a few years ago.

Actually, one of the only things I don't like about my weight gain is that I'm not able to do yoga poses as well because my body is getting in my way. If I could redistribute the fat that's on top of my thighs and put it somewhere else so I could do poses (heh... and have sex) better, that would be wonderful.

It's keeping me from being able to put my legs as far back. The tops of my thighs bump my belly and sides and I can't move them as far back as I'd like because it's physically impossible. Also, when trying to do certain yoga poses, my belly gets in the way and there's nowhere to move it to.

It's just annoying when it limits my mobility. I'm afraid I'm going to lose my flexibility because I simply won't be able to stretch as far as I used to because my body is in the way. I've always had very open and flexible hips (I made a physical trainer embarassed and jealous that he, Mr. Buff, couldn't move and stretch like me, Ms. 80lbs Overweight. :D) and I'd hate to lose that flexibility.
