ok, my best friend, lou-lou, and i have gotten into quilting. we're like lil old ladies!! haha! we're having a blast doing it! it's amazing how fast time flies when we're doing it... it's so relaxing. :) it's really cool to do something that looks so cool and know that i did it... all by hand ( Read more... )

lmao!!! you're a trip girl! sorry i've been away for so long. lots of things have been going on. lots of stuff i couldn't post. but it's all settled and things are muy bien except for my unemployed situation. eh, i'll find something. :) how're you?

This time of year is my time...but it doesn't start until after about the 12th. Every year October 8th thru the 12th is a rough time for me, then magically everything gets DRAMATICALLY better the rest of the month.

My birthday is October 31st, which carries with it mixed blessings. It is cool to have a birthday on Halloween, but sucks because everyone wants to just do Halloween parties instead of focus on me.

My solution has been to turn my birthday into a 2 week affair. I now try to extend the celebration from the weekend before to a couple of days after your birthday.

This time of year is the best...the weather, the moon, the tides...it all gives me strength and power. I can feel it coming when I go to the store and see all the pumpkins and witches and ghosts. As for the vampires...well...hehehe...no such thing ;)
