My Weekend Indulgence :)
What a great weekend!
Cycled with Jyh Haur on Saturday covering the entire East Park Connector.... which should sum up to be around 44 km.... *hahahaha*
What a healthy start.......but it ended really soon ----> in fact right after cycling *DAMN* ... as we proceed for Dinner.
Dinner on Saturday was at BIG FISH :) My pan grilled Halibut was really delicious.... soft, fluffy and really well seasoned :) Jyh Haur's Lamb Shank wasn't bad either... as it melts in your mouth (Really didn't have to chew much....) The only issue i had was the beverage..... not enough variety i would say.
And to escalate my sinful weekend, Sunday was worse......
as E Wei, Sye Ling, Terence, Zhe Shien and myself proceed to Jade @ The Fullerton for the Delightful Weekend Dim Sum Buffet! I have placed my booking for this Dim Sum buffet about 1 and a half months back and yeah... the food was good :) Of course there were some hits and misses BUT i would say majority were hits right on target!
One little suggestion would be to perhaps have something sweet in the menu Besides the delicious apple chicken soup :) YUM YUM! haha
let the pictures (not exhausive as i was busy eating :P) do the talking ....
and sorry if the pictures made you hungry.... (especially at this time :P)
