The rules of the meme:
Bold those you have tried.
Strikethrough those you wouldn't eat on a bet.
Italicize any item you'll never eat again.
Asterisk any items you'd be interested in trying but have not yet.
Underline anything you eat regularly (more than once a month-ish).

I've never even heard of half of that menu. Mind you, I can't see anything I wouldn't try - at least the stuff I recognise anyway. I'd give the rest a try too. With the possible exception of roadkill.

Really not liking the Mexican diet, are you? I mean, Fugu and whole insects, but no rice and beans? You wouldn't live in the SW for long... But since you have no intention of ever visiting, that's not a problem - or has a president Obama changed things?

And yes,it's an impressive Gulasch collection that you've got there! :-)

I like beans and I love rice. I even liked chili con carne with rice which was served at my previous work. It's more the spices that come with them in mexican food that I don't really crave.

And I forgot Hare. Don't think I ever tried that, would be interesting though.

And about the visiting: The president's not really an issue. Call me old fashioned, call me paranoid but I don't see why any government needs my fingerprints, especially when I'm just visiting the country. It's that "guilty until proven innocent" attitude that keeps me from going over there.
And I know that we also have this here in europe. I probably won't get me a new passport after my current one runs out.
Obama seems one step in the right direction but let's wait and see what he will really change.

Oh yeah, and Ayran counts, in my opinion.
