I never even got dressed today. I watched 4 hours worth of "Lost" knowing that it's not worth while. But I talked to Max for 2 hours and drank beer. I guess that was the purpose of today.

I would love to read one or the other book by Adolf Holl. It's not that easy over here: "Brief an die gottlosen Frauen": 6,50 Euros on amazon.de, 72,15 Dollars on amazon.com. :-(

I guess I am getting around to it...more courses, more work, career focus and all that. I am pulling my head out of the sand, where it's been for the last two weeks.

I don't know whether it's the damned pill switch again (I didn't ask for it! They just don't have the pill that I was kind of doing ok on in this country) or the actual issues that I attribute my feelings to, or whether it might be culture shock...but in any case, I don't feel well in my skin at all. Still raining. And not just a little bit. One could believe it's not a desert.

It's still rainy. The clouds are hanging in the Catalina mountains, the air smells fresh, of rain, wet earth and a little bit of that spice that seems to grow everywhere here (in the summer monsoons, the smell is really strong), the temperature is mild, so it almost feels like a temperate spring day. It's wonderful.

And no, I didn't see the sun

Here's a gift idea for the "I don't know what to give them, they've got everything they want and if they want something else they'll immediately buy it themselves"-case.

It's raining. And it's BEEN raining since about 1 am last night. I think I've never been so happy about a grey rainy day. I hope that I will not see the sun once today.
