Well, looks like the PTB sent a good quantity of the NYPD down into our subway stations to keep an eye out, FWIW. I have no great faith in the Yellow/Burnt Amber/Flaming Red Terror Alert System, though. I always felt the gov't was manipulating it to keep people fearful for other reasons besides real emergencies. :(
