Imagine that you have just stepped out of a train in a foreign city. Before you have even left the station, you receive a phone call informing you that there will be a vehicle waiting for you outside. The driver of the vehicle, which is a rather nondescript white van, silently drives you into the countryside, through some seedy farming communities
