I don't mind the f/s thing at all. Actually, I find it quite fascinating linguistically. I finally figured out that it's not the number of times it is in a word, but the sound it makes. S sound like a z (pleases) has the traditional lowercase s, but in a hissing sound (like hissing) it has the f thing. And I have gotten so used to it that I don't notice it anymore. :-)

Huh, I hadn't noticed that, but I'm sure you are right!
Although they didn't seem to care much about cholesterol; the lemon cheesecake recipe calls for 12 eggs and half a pound of butter!

Oh cool!! When we were in Willaismburg Jess and I tried to figure out why they seemingly randomly put f's in instead of s's. I'll tell her that you've stumbled upon the secret. ;) Or is she on your friend's list?
