If you are seriously wanting another job, let me know. My workplace is always hiring, and if you can stand to be bitched out over the phone a couple times a week, its really easy. You get $7.50 and training and $8 automomatically once you start taking calls. You also get incentives and chances to make more money each call by selling add-ons. But you don't HAVE to, you're not pressured by the management. On top of that, there's always contests each month where you can win prize (cash or objects) to motivate you.

Its not shady, you work customer care with Nextel so sometimes you get crabby bitches but you don't always. Alex and I both worked there - I've been there for 2 1/2 months already and sometimes it can be boring but with more friends (YAY!) it passes quickly.
How are they on requesting days off and things like that? Like if I asked off a month in advance for a vacation would they be willing to give it or would I have penalties? I know Verizon is hardcore like that. Because otherwise I'd be totally willing to work there. Also how are they on school schedules?
They're really good with school schedules. And yeah, you need to ask off about a month in advance but there's no penalties. You don't really get to ask off while you're in training unless is REALLY important (wedding, death, etc.) but training lasts about 2 weeks, less if you work full time and just do the work.
