When this gets to the supreme court (well if, they may refuse to hear it which would be a cop out but politically astute) there is not a bad chance that it will be overturned - even with the new appointees. Whatis goign to really matter is how broadly they write the opinion. If its narrow it will only be a minor setback to whoever is on the losing side and just reinvigorate them. If its broadly written it may end up knocking the losing side back 20 years. Personally I think its going to be knocked down on a narrow opinion that will help define the right way in which to write a very restrictive law. I'm pretty sure that is actually the intent of this law - not to win so much as to feel out what an acceptable law should look like.

yes that seems likely.
it's bad.
bush amazingly is so much worse than reagan

and I don't know what to do to make it stop

Run for office. Any office. Get into the political process as a player instead of supplicant.

yeah that will go well with the chronic health problems
physically not capable at this point.
and of course my chronic lyme is a big political issue where insurance and the cdc are in collusion to pay for less treatment that is completely inadequate. and yes I've written to all my congressmen and senators about it.
