Wow, that really sucks. I always file a claim before the 45 days is up no matter what. I don't really care if they have tons of feedback or what not. Next time don't wait! Because after 45 days, you also have 15? (don't quote me on that, I'm not 100% sure but PayPal will tell you when you file the claim) days to "resolve" the issue before PayPal does it for you. So there's really actually like 60 days which is a long ass time. There's pretty much no excuse for taking longer than that imo.
oh i feel you, woman! i was supposed to get a book shipped in from western part of canada, but it took 7 WHOLE WEEKS for it to get to my house. and it was only when i emailed them when they explained, "oh we had to order a new copy because the book got water damaged." why couldn't you email me about this earlier?? D: and it was a new amazon seller too, so you'd think new sellers would treasure their customers more for better ratings -and- because they would have fewer buyers, but nuuuu~~ fortunately though, they gave me a $20 shipping refund after i gave them a bad rating, haha, just to get me to correct the rating into a good one, lmao.
