Man at that price... I'd be very weary. There's likely some major electrical and/or plumbing issues. Where I live, if they are that cheap/big, there are also flood problems as well. I'd make sure to have it inspected to be safe.

Oh, I can already tell you what's wrong with it - other than electrical/plumbing issues, since I don't know what to look for with those.

The roof needs repairing, the windows probably need replacing completely, or at the very least, broken glass replaces and the windows frames re-sealed, the floor is rotting away in a few places - under a sink or two - the cabinets in the kitchen look like hell, the kitchens have been gutted, one of the bathrooms has been gutted. There's a few holes in the wall, only one wall A/C unit in the entire house...probably more that I can't remember.

It's also in a very shabby, poverty-stricken neighborhood.

All of that, I can live with, and fix over time. For the shape the house is in, and the area it's in, the price actually isn't that surprising - even if the electricity and plumbing are in fine shape.

Oh, forgot to mention as well that it's a foreclosure - which are generally sold for lower than their value.
