i have had apple butter in years! i found a recipe for pomegranate or ginger infused vodka or something like that. i've thought about making it for gifts but never have. if you're interested in in the recipe, i can dig it out.

I'm bringing some apple butter to brunch today.

And I totally was looking at the pomegranate and the ginger/honey cordials. Great minds!

We'll be petting alpaca in a few mere hours today. w00t!

That's certainly the dream. I'm occasionally tempted to buy a lottery ticket for just that reason.
