Indeed, if you were to feel angry or displeased, would you then be able to know what is well intended and what is badly intended from others?
so wise! i need to write that on my hand or something lately.

I find that kind of wisdom through beliefnet.com something like that
in fact I have made the mistake to ask for the newsletter and now I receive way too much of their stuff:p
but some are very interesting

the catholic stuff was rather boring to me...
