I thought "Station Agent" was such an adorable film, very sincere. I saw "Punch-drunk love" maybe 2 years ago and I remember not liking it as much I thought I would, but it was still quite good.
And I really want to see "Garden State" and "Pieces of April"!
I think you should see "Transamerica". It's a film where nothing major happens, it's about few people interacting with each other and their emotions. You want to laugh and cry at the same it time. I thought it was so true and wonderful film and all my sympathies were for those people even though they were imaginary characters. And Jack Nicholson's "About Schmidt" was impressive also, the characters felt real and everything. It's been a while since I saw it, but I remember liking it a lot. You should see it too.
Maybe you should watch Happiness and Napoleon Dynamite, but I have to warn you that Happiness can be quite shocking.
I was just thinking of posting a list of good movies that I've seen in my livejournal, I have this list at home and I always update it when I see a good movie. Maybe I'll post it later:)
talking about Michelle Williams..I loved her in Land of Plenty by Wim Wenders ..it's somehow a sad movie but it talks about real life nowadays and I do think it was sweet somehow because there where emotions ..a sort of bittersweetness perhaps..
