Last night, I finally decided to buy myself a Motorola Droid. I haven't had a chance to play with it very much, but so far I like it a lot.

Anyone else out there a member of Droid Nation? I'd love any must have app suggestions!

Well, I'm not a member of Doid Nation, but I do welcome you to the Battalion of the Bot! :-) As you know, I also, am a recent convert. :-)

App-wise, let's see. One of the things that I've been having fun with recently (and would like more local people on it) is Foursquare. Take a look at www.foursquare.com to see what that's all about.

My To-Do list is FlingTap Done To-Do.

My MBTA bus scheduler is AnyStop: MBTA.

My new dice roller is DicePro FREE!

Listen deals with my podcasts.

Tip Calculator does...ummmmm...tip calculation.

Converto! is a conversion program (temp, length, time, currency).

While you should have a weather app already, I always liked The Weather Channel because it does maps.

And finally, Barcode Scanner is fun. It does regular barcodes and 2D barcodes much better than anything I ever had on the iPhone.

Finally Movies looks likes its a good app for movies in the theater, DVD, and upcoming. It can give you trailers, times, and local theater schedules.

Welcome to AndroidOS, and remember:
