Whichever one it is, it makes the same difference... the dead have something to teach you or tell you... whether it is their spirits in actuality or your memory of them, digging something up from your subconcious that comes easiest in that form.

The living and the dead are very similar. Those who are dead become the earth and the air. Those who are living just wish they understood the earth and the air a little better. Death is a great gift at the end of the latter years.

neither. dreams and dead people all live in the same place. so no reaching is necessary. only awareness.
