I bought a bike yesterday and I think I can say without exaggeration or doubt it's the best 100 euro I'll ever spend. whole new definitions of liberation, with the wind carrying my hair and worries miles behind me. all i wanna do is RIDE. I'm in all kinds of states of falling in love with this city and I can already feel the dread pooling up

i am reading your livejournal because you put up a link to it on facebook (so i am not creepy).
this post makes me very happy. amsterdam is so beautiful and i fell in love with it as well. the name for my lj comes from the street my hotel was off of when i stayed in lidspline (i strongly doubt i spelled that correctly). anyways, continue to fall in love and try not to get lost in the circular city.

I bought a bike a few weeks ago and now I'm obsessed. Every morning I get up and check the weather reports just to see if it'll be dry enough to ride my bike to main campus. Isn't it wonderful?
