Merry Christmas

I love fruitcake. It is unfortunate, whenever I mention to anyone that I like fruitcake, that somehow becomes some kind of joke, to the effect of,  "Aren't those used as doorstops?"  NO! It's not a fucking doorstop. It is one of the world's most wonderful foods.

Anyway that's my rant.

This world needs more people named Cheryl who love fruitcake! It's funny you mention it I was inspired to write this post because I was looking for a good recipe online, and all I could find were stupid jokes. So if you happen to have the recipe, please pass it along!

I love the fruitcake, too. I haven't had it in years. I am one of those strange people who would actually *like* to get a fruitcake for Christmas. :-)

I don't, but my sister Fragranceoflife loves the liverwurst. She loves it so much, I remember her eating with a spoon out of the tube. Yay fruitcake!!!
