Ring of Fire is one of the best songs of all time. I can't imagine desecrating it by using it for a hemmorrhoid commercial!

I know! As I read that I thought of how angry I get when I hear that HP commercial with "Pictures of You" by the Cure. I can't imagine anyone doing it to "Ring of Fire".

But it does make me laugh. I bet Johnny Cash would laugh too.

I think it is hilarious too!
I got into some pissing match with this guy on the Johnny Cash community about how he didn't think it funny, apparently he has the *condition*.

I've got to say that while I don't think the song should be used for that, as someone who has .... ahem... experienced "the condition", I definitely see the humor in it. It's quite appropriate in a demented sort of way!
