My mother called this morning to let me know that my grandfather passed away last night at 11:30pm.

Rest peacefully, I love you.

I'm so sorry girl. *internet hugs* and all my sympathies are with you. At least you have those good memories to keep him alive in your heart. One of my grandpa's died when I was 10, but I still remember certain things about him like every Christmas they had this huge 12 foot tree in the living room that all the grandkids used to decorate, and he used to put us on his shoulders so we could reach the top part. But that kind of stuff keeps people alive for them. And though he will be missed greatly by you and yours, you still have those good memories to reflect on. Again my sympathies and condolances.

Thanks, doll. I have so many memories of him during the years when he could function and was happy. That gets me through the memories of the bad years for him. Thanks for your encouragement. We need to do coffee sometime.

No problem, it's all those psych classes that are educating me with the psycho anaylisis, and such.

And about coffee we so do. I'm free mostly anytime except Thursdays, Saturdays, & Sundays. Because I work 1pm to 10pm. Mondays, Wednesdays, & Fridays I have classes but they're during the day, and will soon becoming to an end so those days and Tuesdays I'm usually pretty much free. So if you can work around that I'm up for it anytime you are.
