I feel entirely the same way. After working on my essay all Sunday morning, I read it last night and just thought, "Damnit, I could have analysized more, with 'indepth analysis' and taking more risks. If only I knew what Perry considered to be shallow and 'indepth'". But I guess this essay talent will come in time.

I know what you're talking about in regards to that character from catcher in the rye (i never read the book) But I think that whenver people create either a strong likeing or disliking of a character they start to see some of themself in that character. I know that I did that with Royal in A Different Drummer. I hated him so much, but I kept on thinking that we actually have some very similar qualities. What I'm trying to say is that everyone has things that they might not be very happy with in their personality, but unless its something really bothering you, or is hurting other people then it's best to just leave it be. And for what it is worth, from what I've seen of you I think your very mature (for someone my age, let alone someone your age) and have a good sense of social skills. So, it might just be because you just read the book, but try not to be to hard on yourself.

P.S. You did really well in Alice in Wonderland. and Good luck in fencing

Well, thanks! I'm feeling somewhat better now than I did this morning, which is good, considering I have all the Social Studies I didn't get finished to do. ^_^

Tre, its impossible for you to do everything. No one can do it and frankly its a waste of your time. If you were perfect at everything then what to you have to fight for? Nothing and then you might as well die right? And we dont want that. So accept that you're gnna fail at times, its part of life. Its what makes it spicey, like spicey chicken tuesdays, the best day of the week with a kick. Thats what you're life should be, just like a spicey chicken tuesday but everyday.

Did that make sence?

You did a great job in the play. I was glad I got to see ya'll again.

But I've been down the road where there is so much to do and I want to do it all. Sometimes you'll have to give up some stuff but other times you can do it all. But it's very time consuming and hectic :/ Good luck with fencing!
