You know, usually when I'm upset I deal with it by going to the pool and working out really hard/working myself up. Then I'd cry in the shower. Then I'd go home and make some drastic progress towards solving whatever it was. Then I'd feel better.
Glad that I don't have any of my normal mechanisms for dealing things.
