For everyone out there who has ever used or plans on using a moving company for their move DO NOT USE USA ALL POINTS MOVING AND STORAGE. (here is their website) They were the biggest scam I have ever seen. I am making this post public, so please feel free to share this story. Good for you fighting this. A lot of these mom and pop moving companies do this crap. they did it to us moving from annandale to hamilton. Large companies may be more expensive but they don't try this nonsense. Also paying a crew to pack a uhaul you guys drive and refusing to hire them unless they quote a final price up front, ar other ways to help.

I do have the email quote as well as the response in writing they gave the BBB saying I could have $400 refunded.

Have a very legal minded friend call them and say something like "Hello this is such and such. I'm representing Ms. Emily Milham in a dispute over some erroneous charges involved with a recent business transaction between your office and them." Or something else sufficiently lawyerish.

If they think they're about to get sued for thousands, they may be more inclined to throw you your few hundred.
