so. new house now, on 24th street. settling in nicely, even though i am terrified of the kitchen for health reasons. but the room is cozy and there's lots of helpful things nearby, like a little grocery store, laundromat, coffeeshops, bakeries. yum. also still a pleasant walk away from intersection and everything else in the mission
