Replacement shoulder rest?

Hi, I was wondering if anyone here knows where I can get a replacement shoulder rest for a Fender FV1 violin. Mine is b0rked. :-(

You know, I just looked all over Google to try and help, but I came up with nothing. The best--and also lamest (is that a word?)--idea I could come up with is buy one, take the shoulder rest, and then sell it on eBay or something.

Yes, they do seem to be quite difficult to get hold of. :-(

It's a shame; a lot of important musical things seem to be unavailable. I'm trying to find a specific type of mandolin strings, and I'm totally SOL. :/
