Vet appointment went well.  She got a clean bill of health.  Though, the doctor said that she needed to lose a little bit of weight, so he recommended putting her on a small diet and exercise her more.  That's not a problem because I'm sure she's been cooped up in a cage for awhile, so just moving around will help a ton.  We got some heartworm
