Shockingly enough, Glenn Beck is wrong about this. According to the EFF, The website *did* have a poorly-worded Terms of Service, which was only on the dealers' site and is now gone. The ToS was crappy and bad, but the site is not, cannot (legally), and is likely incapable of tapping into your computer like that.
