Online Ordering

Part of the draw of ordering something online is so I don't have to talk to anyone, this morning I got an email asking me to call to verify my order. First, I call and get placed on hold for 12 minutes and 32 seconds, They asked me a) to verify my shipping address, yes.. Congratulations, you've been had!

That's typical behavior for places that get orders by lowballing prices. If you don't buy their overpriced accessories, they'll do things like strip out things that are supposed to come in the package, send you a used or grey market unit when they originally offered a new-in-box US one, or sometimes even charge your credit card and then discover months later that the product is "no longer in stock."

This is why you don't buy from the places online that have prices too good to be true. They are.

So after your comment here and another one from someone else on facebook I decided to do a little looking, and you're right, they have a lot of negative feedback... but, I did already get a 'shipment' notice with a UPS tracking number, and UPS says it's in their hands and it will be here on Friday.. soooo, we'll see!

Update: Yesterday 7 February) the order came by UPS, I opened it and was thrilled to find that everything was as expected! Not everyone gets screwed over by Top Choice Digital, and I'm happy to say I was one of the not-screwed-over haha!
