Oh my god is that the alternate Amanao Cecil outfit that is always like no bigger than a blurry thumbnail but looks like it'd be totally hot on him? I LOVE YOU RIGHT NOW. You don't know how gay I am for that outfit. Whenever I draw that though it just comes out looking like he stole Squall's jacket dsgsdgsd Ohhh how I love your Cecil in general. Those expressions!! And I've always admired how you do his hair. I go out of control with hair (sky=blue) but I picture closer to what you draw.
