Big Changes
I have a nasty habit of drawing into myself for extended periods of time. I'm introverted by nature, and it isn't very often that I break that habit.
I haven't just been sitting around doing nothing.
For one, I've found a house. It isn't mine yet, as I don't have the money to pay for it, but it's mine if I want it. So, once I get my hands on the funding, I'll finally be "independent," something I've only been able to call myself thus far by stretching the meaning of the term.
Second, I actually got called in for a job interview last weekend, and I'm hoping to receive a call for a second today or sometime in the near future. If this works out, I'll actually be able to move in.
Lastly, to Caorann, I know I promised you something for your birthday, and I haven't forgotten. I know it's terribly late, but I've had to scramble lately to get my schoolwork in on time, so I haven't been able to sit down and work on it. I'll get it to you soon. I promise.
