I wanted to, badly, just because it'd be my first time. 19 years old, w00t, and I got caught up in the postal system--things weren't getting sent to me because I hadn't officially changed addresses so registering was difficult and not on my mind. When it got closer, I wouldn't have been able to register in time but I felt confident
