*big hugs* Fuck her. Fuck her right in the goat-ass. I know she's your mother but... I don't think anyone should talk to anyone else like that. I don't know enough about your boy friend to make a valid opinion of him, but what I've heard through the grape vine he makes you happy most of the time. (Even if he can be a bit on the brain dead side.) You're going to school in NOLA for pastry I hear at Del Gato (horribly misspelled I know) and from what I hear it is one of the finest culinary institutions in the country. If that's what you want to do then thrice be damned your mother's opinion. I trust your judgment on what's right for you.
