Fever and fatigue, most notably. Plus an increased chance of infection from other sources through the original wound. I'm still waiting for other symptoms to develop.

Are they fatal at any point? I've yet to hear of anyone who's been bitten actually die.

I'm not sure. I just remember getting really sick, and it wasn't getting any better.
