Okay, two things.

One: Yes, we were all just rushing in to get a good look at the thing, idiots we all are.

Two: It was a BLACKOUT. I don't know about you, but I couldn't see farther than my own eyelashes.

So yeah, no, I'm gonna take a wild guess that no one was.

If you had any ability to navigate without light, it would have been something worth pursuing. Obviously you simply weren't capable of doing so.

The indestructible giant having a temper tantrum is not worth pursuing, it's worth staying as far away from as possible. Unless you're really that suicidally headstrong, that is.

Nothing more unusual than the monster. It was the first time I saw it for myself. It looked like it was in pain. Thrashing about... quite a sight, but not a surprise.

I noticed that the lights went out across the water, though. But maybe you knew that already...
