As someone who studies this in school, and has one paper on climate data and soon another one on this hurricane season, specifically, under his belt I would like to call BS on this ( ... )

Not knowing much on the topic, I'll take your word for it.

Anyway, the people at Anthropik do indeed have an agenda, one I used to (at the time of my quoting them) share with them: exposing immanent societal collapse (20 years?) result of ecological/energy crisis (that started with the advent of "totalitarian agriculture"!). They are Ishmael people.

20 years from the date of its publication or from right now? (You know, in the 70's, global famine for the 1980's that would kill billions was widely predicted, some of the predictors remain respected in some ecology circles...)

The Antropik folks say 20 years from now; Daniel Quinn, author of Ishmael: within the century (give or take).

Yeah, I've basically decided it's just some of the doomspeak of our age.
