My biological father, passed away in 1984. My adopted father, the Reverend George Nelson Frederick, passed away in 1994. My biological mother in 1997. My adopted mother is still alive, though we haven't always had the closest relationship ( Read more... )

Yes, I'm ok. I've been living with stage 2 lymphoma (non-hodgkins). I appears to have been in remission since it was diagnosed. There was a scare last month because an intern didn't conduct the correct tests, but it all turned out ok.

no one tells me anything!

i guess if i were under my rock less, i would know more (i've been calling Pete "Captain Goldfish", because he forgets EVERYTHING. people tell him to tell me hi, and i never get told... he can't remember what he ate for breakfast. EVERYTHING he forrgets)
anyway... my mom is a Nurse Practicioner. she is in CA, but she is always willing to listen to stuff and try to help, if you ever get worried again, need advice or whatever, let me know and i can call he ASAP. she's really damned good at it, too.
