My doctor suggested that I take a tylenol or ibuprofen before the insertion. FOR THE LOVE OF GOD, take whatever you can get your hands on. 222s, tylenol with codeine, Tylenol 3, because you will need it. I have never experienced such wretched pain in my life. Not trying to freak you out, but be prepared!
