Yeah. He and I both found this out yesterday. I know it is one of the most treatable of them. The success rate of treatment is very, very high. Jenn's father had it and is in perfect health today. It's just that thinking about the mortality of one's parents thing that is the hard part. And I know he is scared, and that doesn't help. But he ( Read more... )

I wish you both all the best. Whenever I'm worried about my girlfriend, I hold her a little tighter, and I think it helps. I hope you'll find the same is true for him.

Best of luck to him. My father had this back when I was 13 years old and got on quite well for over 20 more years before other types (completely unrelated) got to him. In those 20 years they've gotten even better at dealing with this.
