Today was an alright day however I started it out crying in bed....:( I was peeved that I missed my first class...again. I can't stand myself lately. This is an all-time low for me academically. I am not coming back next semester. I have decided that. I need a break bad. My mom can't seem to understand that I can't handle 12 units worth of music

Dude, I totally feel you on the whole "I need a break thing." Art school is hella hard ... to constantly be creative ALL THE TIME. It's starting to suck, and it's starting to make me not like art anymore. Which sucks even harder. So yeah dude, I understand you wanna take a break, hell I want to also ... maybe go to a community college next semester and try out different things, freshen up my mind a bit. I actually miss math. That and I'll be able to take piano lessons again (Chabot Comm. College in Hayward has a nice jazz program).

What else ... I forgot!! Ohh yeah, maybe your brother bought a game called SHADOW OF THE COLOSSUS ??? If he did, make it a point to sit around while he plays and listen to the music. It's AWESOME.

I have no idea what 12 units of music is like, but I've had my share of heavy class loads already. I've had to rearrange my focus a few times. I know that sucks, but what can you do, huh? Take it as a challenge. There is only one thing you can't do, and that's live forever. Everything else is merely a challenge, one you're fully capable of handling with the right outlook. God does not condemn people in life. Any problems you face would not be presented if He did not believe you posses the ability to overcome it.
