Your choices seem to be slipping, Phineas.

I only ask why him?

...Is everyone alright?

How much do you really care?

Question my motives, question my decisions, do not question my value of life.

You haven't given me a good indication to believe otherwise.

...I. I realize that I am not perfect. The mirror shatters around my feet and there is nothing left but shards from the past.

But you are alive, are you not?

[Private to Green: He has his redeeming qualities, Green, he only has yet to manifest most some of them.]

Such care you show. I wish we could do more at the moment.

[Private to Phineas: I have patience, but this man may need more than my lifetime to show his good side.]

No one else is offering at the moment. I figured they could use a little lift in spirits. We're trying, you're trying. In the long run... it may not matter (again). But it's the best we can do right now.

[Private to Green: It will come in due time, but in the meanwhile, these people do need doctors, and at the least he fills that role.]

The hostility is off-putting but unfortunately we cannot give them what they want at the moment. While they have the skill, they lack in understanding. I only want not to be viewed as a monster. Do not lose hope. We will restore it; we have to restore it. It will only take time.

[Private to Phineas: You are right... but I hope there are more like Dr. Tam. He seems like a good man and a good choice.]

I. I wish I only could make them happy. But again, you are right. Knowledge will only hurt them right now. Perhaps if we don't want to be viewed as a monster, we must disguise ourselves in tattered clothes? I'll keep faith that we will. All things take time to grow, and already we are making progress.

Crazy bastards, all of you. Bring us here and then ask how we're doing. Concern is all fine and dandy, though, I'm sure anyone who's been scorched by the acid rain is really thankful for some.

Stability is much a matter of perspective. My mind is my own to weed and tend to, but you are fully entitled to your opinion.

...I am sorry if you were hurt.

You all talk pretty crazy, too. So is your mind a garden? What sort of flowers grow there? I'm sure it's full of pretty things, you and the others.

I myself aren't hurt anything bad. But others I can't speak for.

No flowers yet. Just some ashes of the past and some struggling dreams...

Good. Please give them my well-wishes?

You and your group have separated me from mine.

That's quite a feat.

"Feat" does not equate to "impossible".
