It's been more than a month since my last post.  How freaking rude!!!   What freaks me is we're heading into September already. Where the freaking year go??

Anyway..it's been a huge couple of weeks...a huge months..  But let me keep you up to date with what has happened in the last couple of weeks.

So Robert McNamara dropped off the twig over night, aged 93.  Lets hope his work in nuclear non proliferation has bought him a few years reprieve from purgatorial ass kickings for shitstorm he contributed to in Vietnam.

My desktop weather tracker says todays low will be 9C.  Sucks to the weather tracker!!  It's 7C now and that's warmer than it was a little over an hour ago when I woke up having cricked my neck out...nothing like a chilly muscle spasm to put some zing into yer day ( Read more... )

We're heading out on a roadtrip to the mountains today..a date as it were..and one very much looked forward to by both of us considering what my scheudle has been like lately.  We're headed up to Undullah.  Don't exactly know what the hell is there or how the hell to get there but we're going anyway.
