At least I've got the net in the palm of my hand. Still I was wanting to post my killer set from last night. Oh well guess I need to find another site for them to block.

If it's common for you to have Remote Desktop open where you work, just set a server up @ home. XP Prof and Vista Business (i think) have it built in, and if not, there is always VNC for desktop access.

The server I use is TightVNC on the computer I want to view (@ home) if Windows RDP is not available.

The client I use is mRemote - it handles all of the computers i want to connect to, including windows RDP, VNC, and can handle Citrix connections, as well (haven't used that one yet).

And, mRemote has a portable version that you can run from a thumb drive - not on the work computer. it's pokey, but that's the tradeoff for being portable.

...not that I would EVER even THINK about doing that kind of thing from a school network or a workplace.... *whistles innocently*
